Singing and making music can lead to various benefits including physical, social, emotional, and mental health. Join us for a Zoom Christmas singalong this month! We will be singing a variety of religious and secular holiday tunes, including some in Spanish. Our Christmas singalongs can be hosted for individuals and families in the same household or business facilities such as nursing homes, care facilities, etc. Grab your jingle bells and sing your hearts out with us this season!

After being in front of a screen for so long, let's shake out our wiggles! Although this class will be online, you may turn the screen away from your child, as long as they can hear and have space to dance. Hop on to have some fun moving our bodies and making some noise!
