Psychological/Neuropsychological Assessment
Psychological Assessment includes a clinical interview, psychological testing, symptom questionnaires, and a review of provided medical/mental health records. The purpose of Psychological Assessment is to assist in identifying clinical mental health diagnoses and informing a psychological treatment plan.
Neuropsychological Assessment includes a clinical interview, psychological testing, cognitive testing, symptom questionnaires and a review of provided medical/mental health records to identify areas of cognitive limitations, formulate a working clinical diagnosis regarding neurocognitive/neurodevelopmental functioning, inform a treatment plan, and provide additional recommendations for planning of care. Neuropsychological Assessments are used for capacity evaluations, dementia evaluations, and to diagnose conditions including (but not limited to) learning disability, intellectual disability, ADHD, neurocognitive disorders (due to stroke/vascular disease, seizure disorder, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, traumatic brain injury, FTD, etc.).
Forensic Psychological/Neuropsychological Assessment may used for med-legal purposes including capacity, competency to stand trial, Fitness for Duty, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability evaluation, and Workers' Compensation Disability evaluations. Immigration Evaluations include a psychological evaluation to provide additional information for U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, and Asylum applications.

Therapy/Counseling Services
Everyone deals with stress. It is an unavoidable truth in our society. There are the normal stressors, like work, relationships, family, etc... but these days, we have a host of additional issues coming from so many different aspects of our environment and our own life/trauma history. These stressors, evident or not, can cause problems with our emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
We are here to identify and help teach you how to deal with the wide range of stressors of our modern world in a variety of ways. From traditional individual psychotherapy to counseling for life stressors, our services are tailored to meet our patients' specific needs and goals. We also offer psychological testing for diagnostic clarification.
Therapy/counseling can be provided in-person or virtual with bilingual English and Spanish providers which may include a licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, registered psychological associate, or university practicum trainee.
